This service will see your pearls restrung and returned to you with a new lease of life! Whether they are simply showing signs of wear, or completely broken we will be able to restore them to their former glory. This service is for pearls with a knot between each bead, for safety and security.

The cost for rethreading with knots is £1.75 per inch, and all work is undertaken to our strict standards using the highest quality materials. Minimum charge of £17.50 applies to all rethreading jobs to cover the cost of administration and insured postage. (This is per parcel though, so for example 1x 7" Bracelet would be a minimum charge of £17.50, but 2x 7" Bracelets would be £24.50.)

Please ensure all goods are sent to us using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service, or similar service offering tracking and insurance to the value of your jewellery. In our experience RM Special Delivery is the best method. Please note, do not Special Delivery 9am, as this service will not cover jewellery. We will return goods to you the same way.

To book in your parcel, please measure your necklace to the nearest inch, and add the number of inches to the cart. Please describe the item in the box below. For multiple items, please add a seperate product for each piece. If you would like your pearls cleaned at the same time, please add the pearl cleaning service in the next step. Don't worry if you don't know what they are, or if they are worth having done, give us a call on 0121 554 3211 and we will do our best to advise.
