If there are any problems just let us know, if you'd like to change an item, alter a length on a necklace or anything else just drop us a line.   We're a UK registered company with a bricks and mortar business. Be wary of some other websites that are foreign companies – there prices won't include duty at the applicable rate and V.A.T. on top, plus any administration charges normally charged by the importing company. Some firms are trading as .co.uk websites with UK registered addresses, but still shipping from overseas. Be wary of this, as not only can your costs spiral but your right to return goods can be lost.
