The classic big pearl earrings, these wonderful 12mm Mabe Pearls sit beautifully on the ear. Mabe pearls are domed at the front and flat on the back, so when wearing them they do not stand as proud as regular cultured pearls, and are lighter and easier to wear.

The lovely white gold surround finishes them beautifully, but also serves to keep the mabe pearl together. Beware of inferior mabe pearl earrings on the internet without this surround, as these pearls are very easily damaged without it. Available as clips or studs.
